The length of the recruitment process depends on many factors and varies for departments and individual positions. First of all, this time depends on the number of candidates who will send their application. We want to make the best choice and hire the best candidate.

The interview may vary depending on the department and position. Usually, after verifying the CVs received, we conduct a short telephone interview with the candidates, after which we invite you to a meeting – with the HR department or future supervisor. During the meeting, we’ll want to get to know you better and talk about mutual expectations.

How you present yourself depends entirely on you. We don’t want to limit our candidates, so whether they apply to us using a traditional CV or innovative video material does not matter. We are open to all forms of application.
